The Lift Operations Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight of all lift operations and personnel. Hires new lift personnel, monitors performance, and implements company labor policies. Responsible for weekly schedules. Ensures operations and safety training is completed and recorded by all lift personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)

• Ensuring all hiring and separation paperwork is completed and coordinated with Human Resources.
• Performing daily random and routine inspections at all lift stations and surrounding areas of responsibility, and all lift personnel.
• Maintaining responsibility for inventory, distribution, and return of uniforms.
• Maintaining company policy in terms of regular attendance, punctuality, neat appearance and good attitude, interaction with guests, and safety procedures of all personnel.
• Other duties as assigned which could be directly related, or unrelated, to original position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has supervisory responsibilities of all lift attendants and operators. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
